Chronicles of 2 Heroes: Amaterasu’s Wrath is a captivating action platformer that combines Metroidvania elements, Japanese mythos, and stunning pixel art. Amaterasu and her devoted disciple, Empress Himiko, exert dominance over feudal Japan with their formidable army of yokai.

Each character offers a unique playstyle. Kensei excels in close combat but cannot jump, whereas Ayame possesses remarkable agility with her jumping prowess and long-range attacks. By seamlessly switching between both heroes and harnessing their skills, you’ll conquer challenging platforming obstacles and engage in epic boss battles.

Chronicles of 2 Heroes (Infinity Experience) is an action platformer heavily inspired by The Messenger and the Ninja Gaiden series on the NES. This 16-bit adventure stands out for a unique mechanic: switching in real-time between the protagonists! Add astonishing pixel art and some catchy chiptune music and you get a retro masterpiece.

MAIN FEATURES

• REAL-TIME SWITCHING – You will need to switch between both protagonists’ skills to free feudal Japan. Ayame is a fast kunoichi who can jump gracefully and attack from a distance. Kensei the samurai cannot jump but has a fast dash and a lethal katana for close combat.
• UNLEASH YOUR POWER – Along their journey, Ayame and Kensei will unlock up to 20 mighty abilities. Find them all to perform agile double jumping and charge your dash so you can pass through waves of enemies. Explore the map to learn new tricks!
• JAPANESE MYTHOS – In Chronicles of 2 Heroes, you have to save feudal Japan from Amaterasu’s wrath. The goddess and her right hand, Empress Himiko, have taken control over the archipelago thanks to their fearsome army of yokai. Only Kensei and Ayame can set Japan free!
