Castle of Shikigami 2 Not long ago, a team of champions banded together to combat a looming threat. By wielding weapons forged by the greatest magicians and masters of the arcane, the heroes succeeded in banishing the demons and putting an end to their insatiable thirst for conquest.

Fast forward to the year 2006, in a distant future where the Demon Gods and their mystical castle have returned to hover above the skies of Tokyo City, intent on resuming their domination over humanity.  Can the legendary heroes of old rise once more to vanquish the nemesis of all mankind?

The very tools needed to defeat the gods are ensnared within the demon’s castle, and the fate of the world rests upon the shoulders of these heroes. Failure is not an option; for if they falter, the world as we know it may cease to exist.

Twenty years have passed since the arcade version was released, and this new version of the game features “New Entry Mode” and “Dramatic Change Mode” as well as “Arcade Mode”.
